I would like to know if these tests were done as part of a thyroid hormonal abnormality.Thyroid antibodies are elevated if there is an immunological problem causing the Thyroid dysfunction eg. Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Your values are very much in the normal range and you do not have an inflammation of the Thyroid gland.
