Hi. May transvaginal result was the uterus was retroverted with smooth contour and homogenous echopattern measuring 7x4x3.2 cm. Within the cervical canal are 3 heterogenous mass. The endometrium hyperechoic measuring .4 am with intact subendometrial halo. What doe it mean?
