hello im, jean im pregnant now 8weeks and 6 days gestational age and this is the result found what should i do. please explain me what is this mean? THANK YOU RESULT: transvaginal ultrasound no detective fetal heart tone,no uterine,both adnexal area are not visualized,no fluid in the posterior cul de sac

Hello madam,I understand your concern.in my opinion your report of transvaginal ultrasound means that there is fetus but with no heart beat.and surrounding uterus everything is normal.cul de sac means a pouch is present back of uterus .that is also normal.my aim is not to make you tense but usually fetus heart beat should be there by this time but as it is not there wait for 2 more weeks and repeat the scan and then depending on the result the treatment will be there.dont worry follow your doctor s instructions.
