Hi,
I understand your concern.
Your USG pelvis suggests polycystic ovaries syndrome. This is acondition where ovulation is affected. lac of ovulation results in accumulation of mature ova in ovaries- thus increasing their size.
Irregular periods is a common feature of this condition, still some times there is regular bleeding without ovulation-where conception becomes impossible. You seem to have same.
Any way, it was good to note PCOS , specially while you are planning for a baby. Now it will be easier to remove the obsruction in getting pregnant.
Pregnancy needs normal ovulation- & it can be achieved by systematic /specific treatment.
I would advise you to consult a Gynecologist to help you out of the problem.
Thanks.
