normal appearance of uterine cavity left fallopian tube is outlined up to periphery with spill of contrast in adnexal area observed right fallopian tube has been outlined with loculated spill of contrast is seen please tell me that i need any laparoscopy..........or any other cerjical treatment?

This means there is some difficulty in spill in the right tube but left tube is intact..Since 1 tube is intact there is no need for treatment.. If there is hydrosalpinx which means fluid collection in the right tube, it needs to be evacuated as this fluid can cause difficulty in implantation.. After surgery, try for surgery immediately..
