UTI is caused by bacterial infection in urinary tract. UTI symptoms are pain while urinating, pain in lower abdomen, blood in urine, fever, and etc.UTI without these symptoms called asymptomatic UTI that doesn't need medication. You just have to drink enough water (2,5 Liters daily).
Symptomatic UTI is treated by antibiotic. UTI is diagnosed by symptoms, physical examination such as pain in lower abdomen, urinalysis, and ultrasound.
I suggest you to drink enough water if you don't have these symptoms of UTI.
