Cervix with normal size and echotexture, the uterus is normal sized anteverted with no myometrial lesion, the endometrium is thickened at 1.6 cm, hyperechoic, with an echogenic structure in the upper cavity measuring 1.3 x 1.0 x 0.8 cm, suspicious of an endometrial polyp and intact. The right ovary contains multiple, small submuscular follicles less than 1 cm in size, more than 12 in number, suggestive of polycystic ovary. The left ovary is normal in size and echotexture with a dominant follicle as measured. No free fluid in the cul de sac.
