OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,

According to your ovulation study ultrasound reports:
On 9th day: Your dominant follicle is showing 14X14 mm size with endometrial thickness 7 mm.
But the 11th day report is little confusing, whether this is representing the same follicle in same ovary or not.
But on 14th day the follicle progressed to better size which is expected around the time of ovulation and the endometrial thickness is also good.
Around this time you can go for beta HCG injection for the release of ovum with your doctor's advice.
After taking the injection you can expect the ovulation in around 24 to 36 hours. And you have to plan unprotected intercourse around this period which will increase the possibility of pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri S. R., OBGYN
