What Does This BP Level Indicate?

My blood pressure is 102/52. It was taken at the doctor s office. Is this normal? If it isn t, can this be the reason I m having a hard time sleeping? I ve been like this for years. Normally my blood pressure won t even register the first time it s taken. Manually or with a machine. It usually takes at least 2 times.

Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you i would like to tell you that the normal recommended range of BP for adults is less than 140/90 mmHg. So accordingly your bp is quite normal.

I would like to suggest you to start doing meditation as it will help you improve your sleep and also keeps you mentally focused.

You can also take the help of a psychologist for sleep problem.

Kind Regards
