Went to an ENT Doctor few days back as there was some problem in my left ear. After examining, the doctor suggested to go for CT Scan and the report has shown the following observations: * Bilateral maxillary mucosal thickening , obliterating the osteomeatal units (partially on the right) * Bony nasal septal deviation is seen with prominent bony spur Want to know if there is any danger? Also, what is the treatment available? Thank you
