Dear sir, I am 33 year old male and today took a ECG, the results show as mentioned below: ST elevation probable normal early repol pattern - ST elevation, age 55. rate 64. PR 144. QRSD 88. QT 392. QTC 404. AXIS P -41. QRS 85 T 37. what do these parameters mean

Hi welcome to HCM.
This ecg is within the normal limits.Early repolarization pattern can be a normal variant.Rest of the parameters are also within the normal limits.I also advise you to have a screening 2 dimensional echocardiography of the heart to assess any regional wall motion abnormalities and cardiac pumping function.Restrict the intake of salt to less than 6 gm/day.Regular physical activity for 20 min will keep your heart healthy.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
