What Does This ECG Report Indicate?

doctor i am from bhutan, i am 34 yrs old n i am a female. Last night i got sever chest pain n i wa taken to hospital in emergency n there they did ecg test n the report says sinus rhythm left airtial abnormality lvh with repolarization abnormality prolong at interval n unconfirmed report. So what does it mean?

LVH means changes due to chronic hypertension.so do not worry.continue with your Anti hypertensive medication regularly.thankyou
