What Does This ECG Test Result For Recurrent Chest Pain Indicate?

Hello doctor, My name is onkar prasad shukla. I recently had an ecg and it says -slight st depression(v2). In the year of 2008,i had my tmt and it also said *mildly positive for provocable myocardial ischemia*. My cholesterol level is good, and bp and sugar level are normal too. But in the last one month,i had heart pain(3 times in the last one month)with a feeling of some kind of load on my chest and some sort of fatigue was also there. Is this a matter of concern for me? Kindly guide me in this matter.

Answer: Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, as you had a positive TMT test in the past .... a

coronary angiogram test is a must . it will tell us whether there are any

blocks in vessels of heart and its severity.

Hope to have been helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. D Sunil Reddy
