What Does This HCG Level During Pregnancy Indicate?

I have a history of ectopic pregnancy and recently had a positive pregnancy test. I have been doing blood draws every other day and here's my numbers 488,1088,2844. However, a few hours after my 2844 draw I went to the er for abdominal pain and they did my hcg quarts again. It came back at 2810. I know drop in hcg means miscarriage in most cases but could this be normal?

it indicates u r pregnant...as ur levels r doubling after 48 hrs..n its 2844now..u can have a usg to know about d gestational sac n cardiac activity...nothing to worry
