Hello, I had a report After all aseptic measures and after explaining the procedure to the patient, the uterine cervix was cannulated and contrast was injected. Normal right Fallopian tube with free peritoneal spillage on right side. Left Fallopian tube is dilated in the region of its body along the with dilation of left fimbrial end. No free peritoneal spillage on left side noted. Normal opacification of uterus with no filling defect in it. The patient tolerated the procedure well and no immediate complication occurred. Conclusion: normal right Fallopian tube. Left sided mild hydrous alpine no peritoneal on left side. What is the meaning of all that? I am 32 and 4 years married without a baby? What is the best thing to do have a baby? It is possible to concieve naturally? What shoud the doctors do to me do I need any surgery? Thank you
