Hello I understand your concern Report of HSG says that your uterus is normal in size and shape. Right fallopian tube is normal with normal opening at the end. Left fallopian tube is blocked at the infandibular or ovarian end. Report says that blocakage may be due to surgical sequel. You may undergone any surgery and due to that surgery blockage occurred on left tube. Consult your doctor for better conclusion. Hope this helps to you.
