I have had two lumbar fusions at L3-L4-L5. three years ago. I have had great results. I started a regular exercise routine I stumbled forward while picking a part of the floor. The next day there was discomfort and the days after just got worse. Had MRI showing bulge at L2-and L5-S1. Is this cause for another fusion in both or one place?

Yes it is possible that l2- l3 disc compression also may cause pain and weakness in the limbs. Please avoid heavy weight lifting, use back support belt, physical exercise under your doctor consultation. Please consult your neurosurgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query.
