Minimal left foraminal narrowing with patent right foramina C4/5: 3 mm uncovertebral spurring and bulge. Spinal stenosis 7 mm with mild cord flattening. Moderate bilateral foraminal narrowing C5/6: 3mm uncovertebral spurring and bulge. Spinal stenosis 5 mm at least moderate. Correlate flattening. Moderate to severe left foraminal narrowing with moderate right foraminal narrowing C6/7 3 mm uncovertebral spurring and bulge. Spinal canal slightly narrow 9 mm. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing.
