What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

I m a 43 year old female, 5 ft. 6 in., 138 lbs. I was in car accident in 1999 and had cervical disc./interbody fusion C5-C6 in 2000. Have had chronic pain since. Recent MRI: C2-3 &C3-4: No disc. protrusion. Prominence of posterior longitudinal ligament. C4-5: No disc. protrusion. Mild left uncovertebral bony spurring. C5-6: Spinal canal is patent. C6-7: Broad protrusion of disc/osteophyte complex resulting in indentation of thecal sac. Protrusion does come in contact w/ spinal cord without causing deformity. First: Do you consider these findings serious? What does it mean? TX? Thank you!
