I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options. As you have stated that you are having irregular cycles, you have chance of getting delayed ovum/egg formation. Positive urine test and sonography reveals that you are pregnant, but instead of ovulating on day 14 of cycle i.e. 18 April you might have ovulated 4 weeks later, but still managed to conceive.
