What Does This Altered Liver Profile Indicate?

I am 54 year old female and just had my annual physical recently. and my AST level is 65, but my ALT is fine, it s 32. This is my concern, about 22 years ago I had rocky mountain spotted fever and as a result of this illness developed hepititus, which was classified as c. With that said, should I be concerned? Should I see a liver specialist or have more test done?

I suggest you consult your liver specialist.
Having rocky mountain spotted fever, and having hepatitis that is classified as C, are two separate entities. The elevation of AST to values greater than ALT, makes me question, if alcohol is being consumed in more than recommended amounts?
kindly get in touch with your liver specialist.
