I AM 71 YEARS OLD MAN. URINARY BLADDER IS PARTIALLY WITH ECOFREE LUMEN .LO CALCULUS IS SEEN.WAS SHOW MILD THICKENING PREVOIDING VOLUME IS 155 CC POST VOIDING VOLUME IS 69 CC. PROSTATE (TRUS) MEASURES 45*38*35MMS.WEIGHT 32 GMS.APPEARES ENLARGED IN SIZE IN HOMOGENOUS ECOTEXTURE.MEDIAN LOBE IS SEEN TO INDENT THE BASE OF THE URINARY BLADDER.LOW RETROPERITONEAL LYMPHAGENOPATHY IS SEEN.BOWEL LOOPS ARE LOADED WITH EXCESS GASEOUS SHADOWS WITH REGULAR PERISTALTIC ACTIVITY IN THEM.
U said low or no retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy..if it is low u must ruleout any cancer of prostate. If it is no its only a prostate enlargement its not cancer we cal it as bph..if its bph..if it cause u urinary problem s u hav to use drugs for it..hope i am helpful..drug we use r tamsulosin.
