What Does This Cervical Spine X-ray Report For Mild Vertigo Indicate?
38 yr old male. While moving neck feel mild vertigo (no spinning) just heaviness. Episodes recur twice or thrice a day otherwise normal. Did X-ray : Diagnosed mild to moderate spondolysis. Vertin or Stugeron Forte not working. Wantt o get rid of this feeling

Hi, Thanks for asking. I undrstand your concern. For relief of the vertigo you need to take rest/take vertin or stugeron pills in prescribed dose by a spinal surgeon regularly for advised days.. so as to stop the symptoms . This needs to be followed by physiothrapy under expert physiotherapist's guidance /preventing sudden &sharp movement /jurk of neck./use of cervical collar as a supportive major. No result with medicines/physiotherapy would need surgery. Thanks.
