What Does This Chest X-ray Indicate?

hi, doc... i was performing chest x-ray last oct.18, 2014 the result was this....heart size is within normal limits. its configuration is unremarkable. pulmonary is normal. questionable infiltrates are seen in the right upper lobe. rest of the lungs are clear. the lateral costophrenic sinuses are sharp. hili are not enlarged. visualized osseous structures sre normal. what would be the caused of this result doc if you wont mind...
