What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Hi sir have a good day, I have some question about my chest x-ray. I got my x-ray today and then I saw my findings that I have a SUSPICIOUS INFILTRATES AT BOTH UPPER LOBE and then impression is I have a APICO LORDOTIC (VIEW SUGGESTED). So I want to know what is the meaning of all this? And what is caused?

Hi,

Inflammatory changes could the cause and actually the finding needs to be correlated with the clinical symptoms given report does not give any clue because radiologist it self is not sure about the image, in such case exact image can give the better ideas else nothing can be said anything when radiologist it self in doubt infiltrate means full of something, liquid, solid thing, air and could be anything but here is it is suspicious and viewer is not able to judge it, so advised for different angle to take the X-ray and may get some better idea Apico Lordic is different position for to take the X-ray than conventional view.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
