What Does This Chest Report Indicate?

hello my STD chest routine report said as follows

mildly enlarged cardiac size with CTR measuring 140/270 the lung fields are clear hila are normal no evidence of pleural effusion the rib cage is intact spondylotic changes are noted in the spine
what does it mean
is it very severe?

No need to worry much. If your x ray was taken during expiration this can happen. In expiratory film cardiac size look enlarged. And if you still want to sure further go for ECG and BP monitoring.
