Follicular study is usually done after ovulation induction to monitor the growth of the ovarian follicles. According to your follicular study report, your ovarian follicle is gradually increasing so also endometrial thickness. Though the growth is a little slow it can be considered as normal if the growth continues like this till the dominant follicle reaches required size, that is around 2 cms.
Usually after ovarian follicle reaches around the size of 2 cms, human chorionic gonadotropin injection will be given to trigger the ovulation. The ovulation is expected to occur after 24 to 36 hours of receiving the injection. You have to plan unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation to increase the possibility of pregnancy. So, please discuss these things with your doctor and proceed accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
