Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

On day 9, your either one of the follicle should be increased in size but all follicle of the same size definitely indicates that eggs are not growing in size. In our best cycle, you should go for ovulation induction and the medicines can help eggs to grow in size.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. MANDAVI RAI
