What Does This Follicular Study Report Indicate?

Hi,i am 30yr old with 72 kgs n 5.4 inches i had a follicle study n on 12th day right ovary 2.3*1.8cm n left ovary 2.2*1.6 mm n the endometrium was 9.3mm on 13th day after follicle study doctor told me it got ruptured n the endometrium is 11.06.what is the chances of getting pregrnant.coz last month also i had a follical study n it was ruptured on 14th day with endometrium 7.7 n i got my menses.so kindly help me.
