The report indicates a gap in diaphragm opening with reflux of stomach acid and alteration in pH of stomach, duodenum. It is not indicative of stomach cancer. It requires lifestyle modifications, dietary measures, certain medications in form of proton pump inhibitor, antacid syrup with supportive care.
