Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
According to your description, your high vaginal swab and endocervial swab reports say that you are having mixed vaginal infection,
-with trichomonas vaginalis
-and fungal infection. Your vaginal culture report supports this.
-presence of pus cells indicates the presence of infection.
-epithelial cells represent the cells shredded from the vaginal lining.
Therefore, now with your doctor's advice, you need to take local and systemic antibiotics and antifungal drugs, according to the culture and sensitivity. With this work up, the infection can be treated. Both wife and husband should be treated simultaneously to prevent cross infections.
Hope I have answered your query and I will be happy to answer any further follow-up queries.
Take care.
