What Does This Hysterosalpingogram Report Indicate?
Good day. I did a hysterosalpingogram and got the following report. Please explain what it means: "The endometrium cavity appears normal in size and contour. Neither fallopian tubes are opacified. No spill is seen. Conclusion: Bilateral occluded fallopian tubes."
Your both fallopian tube blacked because of some past infection or inflammation. Kindly mention any specific clinical complaints of present to guide you further. Tuberculosis is one of the reason for blackage of tube. Adhesiolysis can be done through passing scope into fallopian tube. I suggest you consult gynecologist for examination and accordingly further management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
