there are fibrohazy densities in the upper right lung. the trachea is deviated to the right due to positional obliquity the cardiac silhouette is not transversely enlarged both costophrenic sulci are sharply outlined. the diaphragn is low lying there is rightward curvature of the thoracic spine what s the meaning of this?
