What Does This Pelvic Scan Report Indicate?
I have results of my pelvic u/s and it simply states There is dominant cyst ovary which measures 44 x 35 x 30mm in dimension. No adnexal pathology or free fluid.....What does this mean and I notice it doesn't state L or R ovary cyst? Should I be concerned. I cannot get in contact with my dr now for 2 days.
