Hi

There, after going through your question I am of the opinion that

1)Polycystic ovarian syndrome is not a prerequisite of cancer the right ovary size of 13.2 millimeters is normal.

2)multiple follicles in the ovary due to PCOS and are not malignant.

3) However the endometrial thickness of 3.3 centimeters is alarming. I think that you have incorrectly written it in centimeter instead of millimeters. If your endometrial thickness is 3.3 mm then it is less and you need hormonal treatment for conception.

4)Having Polycystic ovarian syndrome can cause infertility due to anovulation but pregnancy can happen naturally.

5) I suggest that you get a hormonal profile done which includes FSH LH testosterone insulin oestrogen and prolactin.

In short, having PCOS can interfere in natural conception but you are not at any high risk for cancer. Hope I was able to help you in some way.

Dr. Shikha
