What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result During Menopause Indicate?
Age is 63yrs old. menopause at aged 50. The uterus is enlarged with heterogeneous echopattern. There is an ill-defined heterogeneous mass at the posterior wall approximately measuring 9.12 x 8.47 x 7.81cm with cystic areas. This said mass seems to encroach into the endometrium.

There is a swelling in the uterus. An MRI scan has to be done for a better clinical picture. Consult a gynaecologist and plan for hysterectomy.
