Hi, Blood in urine means hematuria, it more likely affect to females, and is due to infection, and kidney problems or injury, there can be damage to urinary tract, in females specially blood in urine can be due to causes in cervix, uterus and vagina, UTI occur when bacteria from the bowl enters the urethra, the tube that carries urine out of the body, infection can travel up-to urethra, ureter, kidney and bladder, there can be pain or pressure in lower back, abdomen or pelvic area.
