hi my name is Janel, i just want to ask the result of my TVS..Remarks. 1. Normal-Sized retroverted uterus with thickened and hyperechoic endometrium, cannot rule out an endometrial pathology; 2. Normal ovaries, with a corpus luteum on the left 3. No cul-de-sac fluid. The uterus is retroverted with smooth contour and homogenous echopattern measuring 6.6 x 5.0 x 4.6 cm / cervix measures 2.9 x 2.4 x 3.2 cm/ Nabothian cyst: present). The endometrium is thickened and hyperechoic measuring 2.2 cm. with intact subendometrial halo. The right ovary measure 2.2 x 2.0 x1. 3 cm. The left ovary measures 2.3 x 2.7 x 1.8 cm with a corpus luteum measuring 1.6 cm. There are no adnexal masses seen. I am afraid not get pregnant..please help me what does my result means. ?
