What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?
I have transvaginal ultrasound on 13 th day of my period.The report shows no dominant follicle seen in either ovary..Multiple developing follicles seen i right ovary,largest measuring 7.8×6.5 mm in size.few tiny follicles are noted in left ovary...Is any problem?? Can I conceive in this month..I had a miscarriage on June 5 th..

If you are having a 28 day cycle, I am afraid that it is not possible to conceive in this cycle. On day 13, the follicle size should have been 17-18 mms in diameter. You need not be disappointed. Occasionally ovulation can be missed in a cycle. Since you have already conceived before, I don't see any reason for not ovulating in the next cycle.
