WBC S, UA/HPF     None /HPF, RBC, URINE HPF     None /HPF ,BACTERIA, URINE HPF     None /HPF, SQUAMOUS EPITHELIAL CELLS none, URINE SED, AUTOMATED COUNT, QUAL     None /HPF, MUCUS, UR SED, QL, AUTOMATED COUNT     Present /HPF     /HPF. Is this normal result for my 11 year old son?

I do not see anything abnormal here, however, I should know the first diagnosis for which you've decided to run the tests to your son. If it was routine, then, there is nothing worrisome. If he is experiencing anything, then, should get further checked.
