What Does This Pregnancy Ultrascan Report Mean?

dear doctor my wife had ultrascan and reports says OE stable, vitals normal no pallor VE os closed, minimal bleeding TAS/TVS smal iugs seen with decidual reaction gsd-6.6 mm no fetal pole APA 1gM, serum by ELISA 0.90 pls can u advicr me what it means

Hello

USG findings suggests early pregnancy.There a small intrauterine gestational sac measuring 6.6 mm.
Fetal pole is not visualized in present scan,so you need follow up USG after 10 days.
Internal os is closed.It is normally closed during pregnancy.
So,you should wait till next USG.
