Hi Grade 3 mature placenta in the third trimester is perfectly normal especially if you are close to your delivery date. The placenta matures as pregnancy goes by and is usually grade 2 to 3 maturity by your due date. The placental position varies from person to persona and also in every pregnancy. An anterolateral placenta means your placenta lies on the upper and side wall of the uterus. A low lying placenta means it is too close to the birth canal so a normal delivery will not be possible. It is a good thing that your placenta is not low lying. The last thing- Uterine artery PI means the resistance with which blood is flowing from you to the baby through the uterine artery. It does not have any significance after the second trimester. Don't worry about it as long as the growth of your baby is normal. Hope my answer eases some of your worry! All the best
