Dear doctor, I have secondary infertility for 2 years until now..
I did semen analysis two times with almost the same result:
Viscosity: normal
Ph: 8.0
Motility: 40%
Motility grade: 2
Viability: Count: 40 mi/ml
Wbc: 15/hpf
Morphology: 75% abnormal
Please give your opinion about this case.

hello...semen report suggests infection due to WBCs..so semen culture and sensitivity to choose the right antibiotic
Also abnormal morphology n motility is grade 2:so antioxidants to be added CoQ, L carnitine
any heat exposure .at work/elsewhere,.smoking, alcohol consumption also affects semen quality
