What Does This Sonar Of Lower Abdomen With Bilateral Hemorrhagic Cysts Indicate?

hi. i have been suffering from lower abdominal pain and bleeding in between my period and i was refered for a sonar and gt da following results. 1. bilateral haemorrhagic cysts (12mmx11mm (left) 31mmx29mm(right)) noted
2. considerable amount of free fluid in POD may indicate PID
3. severe faecal loading noted in area of tenderness.
what does this mean?
