General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The MRI report suggestive of severe disc degeneration. It is nothing but an age related wear and tear of discs.

Consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated. As a first line management We have to rule out can proceed with conservative measures like exercise and analgesics.

In severe cases, surgical correction might be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
