What Does This Thyroid Analysis Test Result Indicate?

Hello, what do my results mean: Free T4:1.01; FreeT3:3.1; TSH: 2.88,Thyroglobulin antibodies: <20 Thyroperoxidase Antibodies: <10 For the last 2 years and a half I have experienced subclinical hyperthyroidism: lost a lot of weight, heart palpitations, warm body temperature, very quick digestion, tired, feeling nervous, sore legs. Some of my symptoms have changed: I am very constipated, dry skin, dry eyes and mouth, very tired, brain fog, sore legs some days. Thank you for your help!
