What Does This Thyroid Test Levels Indicate?

Thyroid lab results show TSH @ 2.430, T4 Free @ 1.23. Is this low? I have so many symptoms - fatigue, extreme muscle aches, hard to sleep, gained 10 lbs in 7 months. Endo said it s low but thyroid fluctuates, come back in Jan . I feel blah all the time.

Hi dear
Your lab reports for thyroid are very much normal, the lower limit for free t4 is 0.89ng/dl and you are very much above that, but some of the symotoms are in favour of hypothyroidism I will suggest to go for anti TPO antibody test and a follow up test for tsh and free t4 after few months.
