Hello, Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through the query and would like to offer my opinion. Your sonogram reports normal findings. There is nothing to worry about. The uterus is normal in size and there is no pregnancy. The uterine musculature also is normal and there are no fibroid tumors. The endometrial lining is within normal limits as compared to the phase of the menstrual cycle. The tubes and the ovaries are normal. The pouch of Douglas is free with no evidence of free fluid which is seen after ovulation. Hope this helps.
