I had an ultrasound at the dr said I have placent previa and that the placenta was partially covering my cervix. I had a more detailed 3d scan the next day and this dr said I don t have it. She said my placenta is posterior grade 2 and is more than 2cm away from the internal os. She said there is a small retromembranous heamatoma that may be confused with placenta previa. Do I have anything to worry about?
If your 3D scan shows that your placenta is 2 cm away from the internal os than don't worry about it...but u may have slight dark brown coloured discharge per vaginum due to that hematoma... Still not to worry...but if it is cherry red coloured blood than u should immediately consult your doctor..
