Hi,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some information. From the measurements obtained through the sonogram report, the fetal gestational age corresponds clinically. All the parameters are within normal range. If this is your first pregnancy, you may not be able to decipher the fetal movements clearly early enough. You can feel slight movements like the click of a watch. As the baby grows in size, you can feel the fetal movements more clearly. You can also ask for observation of fetal movement on sonogram if you are in doubt. The fetus stays still while it sleeps. Wish you safe motherhood.
